This Peach and Raspberry Smoothie combines tangy raspberries and sweet peaches to create a light and refreshing smoothie. It’s quick and easy to make, and perfect for any time of day from breakfast to an afternoon snack.
Peach and Raspberry Smoothie Ingredients
This smoothie recipe includes peaches, raspberries, strawberries and banana, with added chia seeds and hemp seeds for some extra plant-based protein and healthy fats. Blend these ingredients up with some plant-based milk and coconut yoghurt for some extra creaminess.
Any plant-based milk will work but I recommend Pure Harvest Coco Quench coconut milk as it’s organic and made from a blend of coconut milk and brown rice. If you’re not feeling plant-based milk, this smoothie recipe would also work with coconut water. If that’s too sweet then filtered water would also be fine.
I also recommend using Coyo Natural Coconut Yoghurt, it’s super creamy, is certified organic, and is full of beneficial bacteria from added Plant Powered Probiotics.
You can use fresh or frozen fruit depending on the season, either will work just fine.
You could also add a scope of vegan protein powder to make the smoothie a bit more hearty, especially if you are having this as a meal or if you’re drinking this post-workout.
If you don’t have a lot of time during the week, this smoothie is super simple to create for breakfast or a snack. However, if you are more into meal prepping on the weekend, you could make a batch and freeze it into smoothie cubes to make it even easier to whip up a quick smoothie during the week.

Equipment
- High-speed blender
- 1 cup
- Tablespoon
Ingredients
- 2 cups peaches, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 250 g strawberries (1 punnet)
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 cup plant-based milk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
- Serve as desired!
