This vibrant and sweet Pitaya Smoothie tastes just as good as it looks. It features antioxidant-rich pink pitaya (also known as dragon fruit), blueberries, strawberries, banana, chia seeds and hemp seeds, and is blended together with a plant-based milk.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pink pitaya (dragon fruit)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 250 g strawberries (1 punnet)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup plant-based milk

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
  • Serve as desired!
