This Bounty Smoothie includes coconut chunks, banana, medjool dates, cacao and flaxseed. Blend these ingredients up with coconut milk and you have a thick and creamy smoothie that tastes just like a Bounty chocolate bar.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups coconut chunks (or desiccated coconut)
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 4 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 cups coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
  • Serve as desired!
