Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
  • 2 cups plant-based milk

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
  • Serve as desired!
