This Vegan Parmesan Cheese is flavourful and cheesy. It’s great sprinkled over savoury meals as a dairy-free substitute for regular parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until a fine meal is achieved.
  • Store in the refrigerator to keep fresh, it will last for several weeks.
