Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 date
  • 1 tsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup quinoa flakes (or oats if not gluten free)
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1 cup plant-based milk

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
  • Serve as desired!
