This Salted Caramel Smoothie includes banana, medjool dates, peanut butter, ground flaxseed and salt. Blend these ingredients up with some plant-based milk and you have a deliciously sweet smoothie that tastes like salted caramel.

  • 2 banana
  • 4 Medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
