Bircher Muesli: Choc Peanut Butter

This bircher muesli recipe is vegan and gluten free, made from our grain free and gluten free muesli, plant-based milk, coconut yoghurt, cacao, peanut butter and banana.

  • Glass jar or container
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1 cup
  • Tablespoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Grain free and gluten free muesli (the link to this recipe is in the section above)
  • 1 cup plant-based milk of choice
  • 2 tbs coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbs cacao
  • 2 tbs peanut butter
  • 1 banana

Instructions
 

  • Add ½ cup muesli, 1 cup of plant based milk and 2 tbs of coconut yogurt to a glass jar or container and stir until combined well.
  • Soak in the fridge overnight or for at least six hours.
  • Remove from fridge, stir in 1 tbs of cacao and 2 tbs of peanut butter and top with banana.
