This simple muesli recipe is both gluten and grain free, made from a combination of chia seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, buckwheat, shredded coconut and quinoa flakes.

  • 1 Glass Jar

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup quinoa flakes (or oats if not gluten free)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a glass jar and shake to mix together, store in pantry.
