Ingredients
  

  • 400 g mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 kale leaves
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber
  • 1 knob of ginger
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut water

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
  • Serve as desired!
