Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 2 kale leaves
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber
  • 1 cup mint leaves, packed
  • 1 tbs hemp seeds
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 cups coconut water or filtered water
