Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 1 small pineapple
  • 400 g frozen mango (about 3 cups)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
  • Serve as desired!
